About The Position
Are you an RBT looking for purposeful work with predictable hours and strong clinical support? ABA Solutions is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians in the Gulf Coast region (University Park Area) to provide school-based and in-home ABA services. This role is ideal for RBTs seeking daytime school hours with optional evening sessions, while working alongside a BCBA-led team that values ethical care, structure, and professional growth. ABA Solutions is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA provider committed to trauma-informed, assent-based, and evidence-driven therapy. We support our RBTs with accessible supervision, realistic caseloads, and clear expectations—so you can focus on doing great clinical work.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (or ability to obtain quickly with support)
- Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
- Comfort working in school and home environments
- Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate ABA services
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school and home settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
- Collect and document accurate, real-time data
- Support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and generalization
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, teachers, and supervisors
- Deliver services using trauma-informed and assent-based practices
