About The Position
Are you a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for flexible scheduling, BCBA support, and opportunities in school-based settings? Join ABA Solutions, a BCBA-led company that values ethical, high-quality care—and your career growth. You’ll serve children and teens in public and private schools across Clermont and Lake County, collaborating with OTs, SLPs, and PTs in a coordinated care model.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (or able to obtain in 6 months—we’ll help!)
- Reliable, professional, and eager to grow in the ABA field
Nice To Haves
- Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy using evidence-based interventions
- Implement behavior plans developed by BCBAs
- Collect data, track progress, and provide session feedback
- Collaborate with families and allied health professionals
- Receive on-site support from Directors and Assistant Directors
