About The Position

We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) . This position is open to paraprofessionals, special education specialists, childcare providers, and individuals with experience working with children , including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) . Prior ABA experience is not required training and support will be provided. If you are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact in their lives, we encourage you to applyeven if you are new to ABA.

Requirements

Experience working with children in any setting (school, childcare, camps, after-school programs, etc.)
Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills
Willingness to learn ABA principles and complete RBT training (if not already certified)
High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children with ASD or developmental delays is a plus, but not required
Paraprofessional, special education, psychology, education, or related background encouraged to apply
College coursework in education, psychology, or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 behavioral support to children and adolescents with developmental needs
Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living skills
Assist with behavior management in home, school, or community settings
Collect basic data and communicate progress with supervisors and families
Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment
