About The Position

WHAT YOU’LL DO As an RBT at BTS, you’ll work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play-based activities. Sessions take place in the child’s home, clinic, or school, lasting 2–3 hours. We tailor your caseload to fit your availability and match you with age groups you’re comfortable with, from toddlers to teens. Requirements

Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required for this position.
If you do not have an RBT/ABAT/OR BCAT certification, you must complete a 40-hour RBT training course prior to employment.
If you already hold a 40-hour ABA Paraprofessional training certificate (RBT, BCAT, ABAT), this requirement does not apply.
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 18 years of age.
This job requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
This job requires a CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
This job requires a TB test (within 90 days), MMR & Varicella Immunization, and a Pre-employment Physical (within the past year).
This job requires a background check (FBI & DOJ)

Nice To Haves

Preferred: Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
Spanish-speaking is a plus!
