Requirements

No prior certification required at hire – we provide assistance with RBT training
Must obtain RBT and CPR certification within 30 days of hire
Must complete BCI & FBI background checks before starting
Strong communication skills with clients, families, and colleagues
Empathy and compassion for children with diverse needs
Ability to stay calm, flexible, and resourceful in challenging situations
Observational and problem-solving skills to support client progress
We welcome individuals who are caring, dependable, patient, and adaptable

Nice To Haves

minimum of 2 years of college education (not required)

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities or behavioral challenges
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth
Track and document client progress
Collaborate with therapy team members and attend ongoing training sessions
Create a positive, safe, and supportive environment where children can thrive
