The Opportunity We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Lutz, FL . This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with experienced, accessible BCBAs who are invested in your development—whether you’re early in your career or building toward becoming an analyst. Services are primarily delivered in school and home-based settings , with scheduling designed to support consistency and work–life balance.

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician looking for a rewarding, well-supported opportunity in Lutz, FL

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Collect and document accurate, real-time data on client progress
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction across environments
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Utilize trauma-informed, assent-based approaches in every session
