About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Fayetteville, NC team. RBTs provide high -quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our mission is to help children with autism build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills — while supporting families every step of the way. Services may be delivered across multiple settings depending on client needs. Full -time and part -time schedules are available.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or higher
• Professional, compassionate, and reliable work style
• Ability to follow clinical direction from a BCBA
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs
• Prior ABA therapy experience

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by a supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate and timely session data
• Support communication, daily living, social, and independence skill development
• Follow behavior support and safety plans
• Participate in clinical supervision, training, and team collaboration
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and team members
