About The Position

We provide compassionate, center -based ABA therapy to help children with autism develop independence, communication skills, and confidence. We are hiring full -time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Fayetteville, NC clinic to support children in a 1:1 therapy setting. Team members working 30+ hours per week are considered full -time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interest in working with children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to be active during sessions (standing, kneeling, bending, lifting 25–50 lbs)
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks

Nice To Haves

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism
• Experience in ABA, education, childcare, healthcare, or human services

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic -based environment
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record session data
• Support communication, social, and daily -living skill development
• Assist with behavior -reduction strategies
• Participate in training and team meetings
• Collaborate with the BCBA and clinical team
