About The Position

The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic team in Fayetteville, NC. This role is ideal for an RBT who values a structured weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work one-on-one with children in a clinic setting.
This is a full-time, clinic-based position offering predictable daytime hours and the ability to focus on high-quality care within a supportive team environment.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Clinic-based position
(Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time)

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
