About The Position

The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) to join our clinic team in Fayetteville, NC. This role is ideal for candidates who value a consistent full-time schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work one-on-one with children in a structured clinic environment.
This position offers predictable weekday hours and the ability to build experience in ABA while working alongside a supportive clinical team. RBT-certified candidates are encouraged to apply and will be compensated at the RBT rate.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children or in ABA required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• RBT certification preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to pass required background checks

• RBT certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
