About The Position

We provide compassionate ABA therapy to help children with autism develop independence, communication, and confidence. We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in -home ABA therapy for a client in Raleigh, NC (27617). This role works Tuesday–Friday from 9:30am–2:00pm.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification — required
• Bilingual — fluent in English & Spanish — required
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation to Raleigh (27617)
• Ability to be active during sessions (standing, kneeling, bending, lifting 25–50 lbs)
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and document session data
• Support communication, social, and daily -living skill development
• Assist with behavior -reduction strategies
• Collaborate with caregivers and the BCBA
• Participate in supervision and professional development
