About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 in -home ABA therapy services for a client located in Angier, NC. This role offers a consistent part -time schedule with the opportunity to add additional hours based on availability. Services are provided in the client’s home under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Schedule Monday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Additional hours may be available: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or higher
• Reliable transportation for in -home services
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate work style
• Ability to follow clinical direction from a BCBA

Nice To Haves

• Experience providing in -home ABA services
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental needs

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to a child with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document accurate session data
• Support communication, social, and independence skill development
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration
