About The Position

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician Location: Maryland Settings: Home‑based and daycare cases Compensation: $20–$30 per hour About Circle Care Services Circle Care Services provides ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We support our RBTs with strong supervision, clear onboarding, and ongoing clinical guidance—so you can confidently apply your skills and make a meaningful impact. About the Role As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician, you will work one‑on‑one with children in home and community settings, following individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
