About The Position

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician Location: North Carolina Settings: Home-based and day-care cases Compensation: $20–$30 per hour About Circle Care Services Circle Care Services provides ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We support our RBTs with strong supervision, thorough onboarding, and ongoing guidance—so you can confidently apply your skills and make a meaningful impact for the families you serve. About the Role As a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home and community settings, following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill‑building programs
• Collect and document session data accurately
• Collaborate with your clinical team to support client progress
