Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Onsite Services | Immediate need for Full-time! We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide services in outpatient clinic settings. Requirements

Active RBT Certification required
Hands-on CPR Certification required
Up-to date vaccination record (TDAP, MMR, Varicella)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental delays preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations
Ability to pass background check and required clearances
Physical ability to engage with clients (sitting, standing, lifting, and floor play as needed)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental delays preferred

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while working under their supervision.
Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in clinic and in-home settings.
Accurately collect and document behavioral data, session notes, and client progress in accordance with treatment and insurance requirements.
Support clients in developing essential life skills, including motor skills, self-care, independent living, toileting, and social-emotional development.
Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients, families, and team members.
Actively engage in sessions that may involve floor-based play, movement, and frequent transitions.
Demonstrate flexibility, independence, and a commitment to continuous learning while delivering high-quality care.
Communicate consistently and professionally with the supervising BCBA and Operations Manager regarding client progress, concerns, and scheduling.
