Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Onsite Services | Immediate need for Full-time! Requirements

  • Active RBT Certification required
  • Hands-on CPR Certification required
  • Up-to date vaccination record (TDAP, MMR, Varicella)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental delays preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations
  • Ability to pass background check and required clearances
  • Physical ability to engage with clients (sitting, standing, lifting, and floor play as needed)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental delays preferred

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while working under their supervision.
  • Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in clinic and in-home settings.
  • Accurately collect and document behavioral data, session notes, and client progress in accordance with treatment and insurance requirements.
  • Support clients in developing essential life skills, including motor skills, self-care, independent living, toileting, and social-emotional development.
  • Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients, families, and team members.
  • Actively engage in sessions that may involve floor-based play, movement, and frequent transitions.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, independence, and a commitment to continuous learning while delivering high-quality care.
  • Communicate consistently and professionally with the supervising BCBA and Operations Manager regarding client progress, concerns, and scheduling.
