About Circle Care Services Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. Whether you’re already certified or working toward your RBT credential, we’ll help you grow your skills and build a meaningful career in ABA and behavioral health. About the Role As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs created by a supervising BCBA.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
- Interest in behavioral health
- Willingness to complete RBT training/certification if not already certified
Responsibilities
- Providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Following treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Collecting and tracking session data
- Supporting skill development and promoting positive behavior
- Sharing progress with your clinical team
