Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Chicago
About The Position
As a Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) at Eyas Landing , you will provide A pplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder , and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing individualized therapy Collecting data on programming Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collaborating daily with physical, occupational and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
