Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Chicago (WL)
About The Position
As an RBT at Blue Bird Day , you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs . You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing individualized therapy Collecting data on programming Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collaborating daily with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
