About The Position

The Regional VP, Operations will lead regional operations across multiple radiology practices, ensuring strong clinical performance, operational efficiency, and financial results across hospital and outpatient settings. This role serves as a senior operational partner to physician leadership, local practice boards, and client health system executives through a dyad leadership model. The VP will own regional P&L performance, driving productivity, cost discipline, growth initiatives, and margin improvement. Additionally, they will lead, coach, and develop a team of Practice Directors and operational leaders across a broad geography, ensuring consistency and accountability, and partner with sales and business development to support market expansion, client retention, and new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in healthcare operations or physician practice management, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site operations.
  • Proven ability to lead large, matrixed teams and develop high-performing leaders across diverse markets.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven performance management.
  • Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging C-suite hospital and health system leaders.
  • Demonstrated change-management and process-improvement capabilities, with the ability to drive operational transformation at scale.
