RVP, Operations - Position Summary: Lead regional operations across multiple radiology practices, ensuring strong clinical performance, operational efficiency, and financial results across hospital and outpatient settings Serve as a senior operational partner to physician leadership, local practice boards, and client health system executives through a dyad leadership model Own regional P&L performance, driving productivity, cost discipline, growth initiatives, and margin improvement Lead, coach, and develop a team of Practice Directors and operational leaders across a broad geography, ensuring consistency and accountability Partner with sales and business development to support market expansion, client retention, and new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in healthcare operations or physician practice management, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site operations
- Proven ability to lead large, matrixed teams and develop high-performing leaders across diverse markets
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven performance management
- Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging C-suite hospital and health system leaders
- Demonstrated change-management and process-improvement capabilities, with the ability to drive operational transformation at scale
