About The Position

The Regional VP of TPL Sales serves as the principle point of contact between the company, customers and healthcare provider community. This role will be responsible for both prospecting and engaging new Medlytix customers for TPL services.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in revenue cycle management
  • Proven experience in TPL business development within the healthcare sector
  • Demonstrated history of successful client relationship management
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen, business judgment, problem solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts and explain how technology solutions can solve business problems
  • Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Generate TPL revenue growth and Increase market penetration and share, in line with company's annual sales goals.
  • Use the Company's sales management system to enter and maintain on a timely and accurate basis leads, opportunities, prospect and customer contact information and correspondence, and such other information pertinent to use the Company's CRM when available to maintain client profiles and sales data.
  • Report all competitive sales activity on a given customer or in the marketplace to management.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions and trade shows reasonably required by the Company.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and attend recurring sales meetings
  • Engage in status and strategy meetings that will be held either in person or via conference calls at which employees will discuss plans, efforts, targets, and performance goals.
  • Ensure that all contracts and other legal documents are obtained in a timely manner to begin servicing a new client
  • Generate new business through a series of networking events, industry contacts, State or National conferences, Zoom calls, LinkedIn, or other means
  • Schedule new opportunity appointments with VP and C-level Hospital executives to review and present Medlytix products and to listen to their concerns
  • Achieve new business sales goals and outcomes within schedule
  • Initiate calls with prospective clients through cold calling, industry conferences, and customer referrals to create a pipeline of potential clients
  • Present, promote, and sell Medlytix TPL products to prospective customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with assigned client accounts to maintain a high level of service and to promote client loyalty
  • Partner with Medlytix Client Services to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and assist in the resolution when called upon to resolve existing customer issues.
  • Support the Account Manager, the Implementation manager, and the Client Services team to ensure resolution of customer complaints to maximize client satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales efforts with inside operations team members and Medlytix management
  • Build upon and maintain a strong, long-lasting customer relationship throughout the sales cycle particularly at the executive level
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all clients or prospects
  • Keep apprised of current market trends and competitive products
  • Assist and contribute to the development of marketing material as requested from management
  • Recommend improvements to boost the performance of the sales team
