The Regional VP of Enterprise Sales works within a sales team and at the direction of a sales leader to support wellness program sales through a multi-channel approach including partner relationships (brokerage firms, reseller organizations, etc.) direct, and marketing qualified leads that are $100,000 + in annual contract revenue. In addition, the Regional VP of Enterprise Sales will develop leads and marketing qualified leads for clients. The Regional VP of Enterprise Sales will work in concert with the sales leader to build relationships with wellness practice leaders, HR leaders, producers, etc. that result in advancing the Navigate brand and securing sales. This position is open to remote work. This position is a channel partner-facing role and could include travel up to 30% of the time. Success in this role will be defined by: Achieve all sales and pipeline goals.
