About The Position
Challenger Teamwear is a leading U.S. provider specializing in custom team uniforms, apparel, and online team store solutions for schools, clubs, and organizations across the nation. Our reputation is built on a competitive sales strategy, industry-leading custom sublimation, strong in-house brands, and key partnerships with top national brands. Our in-house design, production, and technology capabilities allow us to streamline the uniform ordering process while guaranteeing premium quality and exceptional service to every program we support. Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Regional Volleyball Director to grow Challenger’s footprint in the volleyball community. This role focuses on new business development, long-term account growth, and representing Challenger within key volleyball networks and events. The right person is comfortable with proactive outreach, enjoys building genuine relationships with club leaders and coaches, and thrives in a fast-moving sales environment. This position is ideally based in Kansas City, but the right candidate can be remote.
Requirements
- Background in sales, business development, or account growth
- Comfortable with consistent outbound outreach and relationship building
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient
- Willingness to travel periodically for events and client meetings

- Interest in or connection to the volleyball community is a plus
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new volleyball club and school partnerships within your region
- Use phone, email, and direct outreach to consistently build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Present Challenger’s offering of custom sublimation, in-house brands, and national brands as a competitive alternative in the market
- Manage prospects, communications, and pipeline activity using HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace
- Attend tournaments, showcases, and events to build Challenger’s presence in the volleyball community
- Work closely with internal design, production, marketing, and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve products, service, and market positioning
- Maintain strong follow-up habits and relationship development with both prospects and current partners
