About The Position

The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for overseeing the performance, leadership, and consistent operational execution of multiple branches within an assigned region. This role provides direct leadership to General Managers (GMs) and serves as the primary link between branch operations and Executive Leadership. The RVP is accountable for regional sales results, profitability, operational consistency, and cultural alignment. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, disciplined leadership, and the ability to coach General Managers to deliver results while maintaining company standards and values.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading multi-location or multi-branch operations
  • Strong background in both sales leadership and operational management
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and manage P&L performance
  • Proficient in Google Workplace, M2/Mmobile
  • Experience coaching and holding senior leaders accountable
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Clear and effective communicator at all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Directly lead, coach, and evaluate General Managers across the region
  • Set expectations for GMs around branch performance, including revenue, gross profit, net income, and overall operational execution. Hold GMs accountable to these expectations
  • In conjunction with the EVP, translate corporate strategy into clear regional and branch-level priorities
  • Partner with General Managers to develop and execute localized growth strategies, including attending local and regional conferences, as well as networking and meeting with customers
  • Review P&L statements, forecasts, and key performance metrics; identify risks and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operating standards across all branches
  • Evaluate operational effectiveness and drive consistency, efficiency, and financial improvement
  • Collaborate with Business Development to identify and support key regional growth opportunities, competitive landscape and specific regional challenges
  • Partner with HR on leadership hiring, talent development, and organizational planning
  • Address escalated branch-level challenges, including profit decline, employee relations and culture issues, market share loss, and inventory concerns
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Executive Leadership and regional branches.
  • Provide regular reporting and insight to the EVP on regional performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
