Able to read and understand reports that keeps your team accountable and successful Manage efficient inventory and master the ability to diversify products for growth Oversee reports for operations to help maintain an accurate inventory level Trained in each aspect of our business, Sales, Operations, & customer service Establish goals and motivate sales for success, create opportunity and incentives Develop strategies for your market, both proven methods and unique methods Establish a successful presence within the Apartment Association, participation required Attend industry events, network with Apt. clients as well as other vendors Create and maintain relationships with all clients (Top to Bottom) as well as the decision makers in the industry. Hold effective meetings and influence your team for success when challenges arise Drive sales, grow your business and understand customer retention Maintain relationships with Sub-Contractors, enough so that they know you and trust you Work with our executive leaders and other RVP’s throughout Dixie to ensure top level performance Responsible for Employee evaluation and termination within Dixie guidelines Stop negativity in it’s tracks when it first arises, always be a positive influence
