The Role: The Regional Vice President is responsible for directing and optimizing field operations supporting petrochemical and heavy industrial customers. In addition to ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery, this role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationships, and retaining key accounts across assigned business units. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in field operations, including sales.
  • 5+ years supporting petrochemical or heavy industrial water treatment environments.
  • Proven sales leadership experience focused on growth and customer retention.
  • Strong understanding of petrochemical water treatment processes and service models.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver operational and revenue results.

Responsibilities

  • Actively support and drive sales performance across assigned regions or business units.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
  • Partner with sales teams to expand existing accounts, support renewals, and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to field service teams.
  • Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure efficient resource utilization and service quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, productivity, and customer outcomes.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing operational and technical talent.
  • Establish and track KPIs related to safety, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, reliability, and customer focus.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets.
