About The Position

At Lifespace, Regional Vice Presidents Operations lead performance, develop leaders, and ensure operational excellence across communities. We are seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President of Operations to lead, inspire, and elevate performance across our communities in our North region. This is a high impact leadership role for a strategic operator who thrives on driving results, developing leaders, and shaping the future of senior living.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, hospitality, or related field (master’s preferred)
• Proven executive-level leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality environments
• 5+ years as a regional of operations within a CCRC/Life Plan company
• Demonstrated success driving operational performance, financial results, and occupancy growth
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute, influence, and lead through others

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Executive Directors to drive operational excellence, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement across all communities
• Partner with senior leadership to execute key operational priorities and achieve enterprise goals
• Oversee regional performance, ensuring strong financial results, service excellence, and resident satisfaction
• Guide Executive Directors in budget development, financial oversight, and achievement of key business metrics
• Support and elevate strategic planning efforts, ensuring communities consistently exceed performance expectations
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams, fostering growth, accountability, and succession planning
• Evaluate community assets and partner in long-range planning, including capital investments and repositioning strategies
