About The Position

Lead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in New Jersey. Requirements

  • Must have OR Operations experience
  • Minimum five years’ experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance and business consulting
  • Demonstrated experience in developing growth strategies and a proven track record in people m management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills; ability to work well with “C” level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workers
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively articulate financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partners
  • Strong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting and analysis
  • Up to 75% travel required within the New Jersey region.
  • Selected candidates will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.

  • Prefer Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Design and implement ambitious business plans for each facility, collaborating closely with Surgery Center Administrators to ensure objectives are achieved and regularly reviewed at the board level.
  • Driving Growth: Accelerate case growth by attracting top surgeons’ talent, optimizing partnerships with healthcare systems, and launching new service lines that drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
  • Leadership Development: Develop and mentor future healthcare leaders by providing comprehensive training in HR, finance, and communications, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline and effective succession plans for all key roles.
  • Partnership Excellence: Proactively oversee physician equity and succession planning while enhancing partnerships with health systems through transparent communication and focus on shared success.
  • Cultural Excellence: Champion USPI's EDGE and leadership initiatives by implementing programs such as BeSafe and BeKind to foster a culture of safety, enhance patient satisfaction, and create a workplace where leadership flourishes.
