This role oversees, manages, and directs all Gastroenterology & Respiratory Care capital and disposable sales activity, as well as repair service and all ancillary products and services related to GI & R. The Regional Sales Director acts as the local facilitator with geographical influence over the overall Olympus business strategy. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth across all product and service categories, increasing overall profitability, enhancing Financial Services penetration, and reducing redundant costs. The position also involves maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within the assigned geographical region.
