Reporting To: Vice President of Fleet, North America Job Summary The GSE Regional Training and Service Manager is a senior-level, field-based leadership role responsible for driving technician capability, standardizing GSE service performance, and leading training strategies across multiple Swissport stations. This position serves as the technical mentor, service advisor, and training lead for traveling technicians, station GSE managers, and local mechanics. In addition to hands-on travel support, the Regional Training and Service Manager is responsible for developing and deploying technical training curriculum, overseeing service performance consistency, and building a learning culture focused on safety, reliability, and technical excellence. The expected pay rate is $135,000/yr.
