The Regional Training Manager is a full-time role responsible for advancing the company’s training and retail support objectives through consistent in-person observation, coaching, and execution. This position is entirely field-based and requires regular travel across multiple store locations. The Regional Trainer will partner closely with Store Management and Area Managers to coordinate schedules, assess performance, and identify training opportunities. The role involves daily in-store observation and coaching, with a focus on sales performance, new hire onboarding, and new store openings. In addition, the Regional Trainer will serve as a key liaison between store teams and retail support functions, including Merchandising and Asset Protection. Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, this position supports both training and broader organizational development initiatives.
