About The Position

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting highly effective educators across an assigned region. This role involves developing critical relationships to attract and maintain a robust candidate pool. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring candidates and business partners receive an exceptional experience from application through onboarding. This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with strategic sourcing support that requires time in the field at school sites and community events. Candidates must reside in or within a 45-mile proximity to Charleston, WV.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing.
  • A demonstrated ability to meet rigorous goals while maintaining the highest level of quality.
  • The ability to work an occasional extended schedule (nights and weekends).

Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and screen high quality, mission-aligned educators and school staff.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans tailored to regional and school-specific hiring needs.
  • Cultivate strong talent pipelines through networking, referral generation, educator preparation program partnerships, and community outreach.
  • Provide exceptional customer service rooted in relationship building with candidates, school leaders, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate full-cycle recruitment processes, including screening, interview coordination, offer extension, and onboarding support.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data, documentation, and reporting within the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, credentialing requirements, and internal processes.
  • Build strategic relationships with colleges, universities, and alternative certification programs while leading outreach efforts through information sessions, career fairs, and educator networks to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
