About The Position

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting highly effective educators across an assigned region. This role involves developing critical relationships to attract and maintain a robust candidate pool. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring candidates and business partners receive an exceptional experience from application through onboarding. This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with strategic sourcing support that requires time in the field at school sites and community events. Candidates must reside in or within a 45-mile proximity to Charleston, WV.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing.
A minimum of 2-3 years’ recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing.
A demonstrated ability to meet rigorous goals while maintaining the highest level of quality.
The ability to work an occasional extended schedule (nights and weekends).

Responsibilities

Identify, source, and screen high quality, mission-aligned educators and school staff.
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans tailored to regional and school-specific hiring needs.
Cultivate strong talent pipelines through networking, referral generation, educator preparation program partnerships, and community outreach.
Provide exceptional customer service rooted in relationship building with candidates, school leaders, partners, and stakeholders.
Facilitate full-cycle recruitment processes, including screening, interview coordination, offer extension, and onboarding support.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data, documentation, and reporting within the applicant tracking system.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, credentialing requirements, and internal processes.
Build strategic relationships with colleges, universities, and alternative certification programs while leading outreach efforts through information sessions, career fairs, and educator networks to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
