As a Regional Tactical Marketing Manager for John Deere Construction & Forestry covering parts of Central and Northeast US, located in Moline, IL, you will:

Requirements

  • 4 or more years sales/marketing experience; strong business decision making skills
  • Understanding and experience with market segmentation, retail distribution and inventory management.
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Knowledge of earthmoving products, dealers, customers, competitors and markets
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% domestically

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Product Development Process (EPDP), data analysis, business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, communicate and execute tactical marketing plans for earthmoving equipment and production systems, both internally and with our dealers.
  • Support execution of dealer inventory planning and order alignment for sales, inventory, and rental business.
  • Develop, execute and utilize incentives based on data analytics and within budget to drive behavior and grow market share.
  • Communicate strategy, tactical marketing plans, and incentive programs effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
