We're excited to add a Regional Marketing Manager to our team! We're looking for a driven professional who enjoys collaboration, values relationships, and wants to be part of a company that's focused on growth, innovation, and long-term partnerships. The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth, with a strong focus on planning and delivering high‑impact events. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing and company leadership to develop and refine marketing strategies, plan and coordinate integrated digital campaigns, and consistently communicate the brand vision across all channels. Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership and practice leads to evaluate and implement marketing strategies and increasing awareness of the Focus brand through targeted campaigns. A core aspect of this role is leading the end‑to-end execution of regional events including webinars and seminars, field marketing programs, and executive engagements in close collaboration with business development and sales teams to support revenue goals, drive engagement, and elevate brand visibility. This hybrid role requires in-person collaboration and strong familiarity with the New England market; therefore, candidates must be based in New England.
