As the Regional Support Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Regional Manager of Airport Operations. You will be asked to step into interim General Manager coverage to support vacancies. Your leadership will ensure we are consistent in delivering safe, caring, dependable, and efficient station operations. You will participate in other company operations and initiatives as assigned. How you will make an impact: Ensure that all employees and business partners understand the importance of safety and require that they conduct themselves in a manner that reflects this value. Champion and model exceptional customer service delivery to every customer, every day, aboard every flight. Maintain outstanding operational performance through effective leadership during day-to-day operations. Work with other operational and planning departments to influence and improve day-to-day performance. Drive continuous improvement through effective management and development of processes and procedures to align with UGE’s goals and objectives. Foster a culture of employee engagement. As needed, lead and direct a team of airport operations staff, including supervisors, coordinators, and support personnel, to ensure efficient and effective operations. Act as a liaison for airline representatives, airport authorities, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate operational activities and address any operational challenges. Act as a temporary General Manager to cover vacancies as assigned to ensure consistent, Safe, Caring, Dependable, and Efficient station operations for varying periods of time as required, as well as participate in other Company operations and initiatives as assigned.
