Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with payroll coordination
• Support promotion tracking and role changes
• Handle regional and interdepartmental updates
• Oversee sales presentation materials and marketing assets
• Manage inventory for clothing and technology
• Ensure teams are equipped with necessary tools and resources
• Prepare, collect, and maintain key documents including:
• KPI tracking
• Quarterly reviews
• Performance plans
• Weekly sales presentations (Friday calls)
• Support expense reimbursement processes
• Assist with annual bonuses, training expenses, and monthly sales events
• Provide ongoing support to sales team members and customers
• Partner with Production, Field Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership
• Assist with vehicle scheduling and basic fleet coordination
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams
