Responds to and investigates passenger inquiries and complaints. Surveys new routes and recommends existing schedule changes. Plans, examines, analyzes, and evaluates regional operations; prepares reports and records for managements review; oversees the bi-weekly payroll of employees; attend meetings as assigned; evaluates current procedures, practices, and precedents for accomplishing operation activities and functions; identifies and resolves operational problems; develops and implements alternative methods for work improvement; develop relationships with riders and businesses, community, and civic organizations to promote good will and generate new business. Performs other duties as assigned. Skill: Planning, coordinating, and directing varied and complex administrative operations; speaking clearly and effectively, writing legibly and effectively; basic computer skills, analyzing, and interpreting data from a wide variety of sources and taking appropriate action, supervising training, safe driving skills, and evaluating employees. ability to set priorities attention to detail handling multiple work assignments ability to work in a team setting willing to work varied schedule Required to obtain a CDL license Education/Qualifications equivalent to possession of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration plus (2) years management experience or (6) years progressively responsible management experience with supervision of 15 or more employees.
