About The Position

At Chamberlin + Associates, we're building something special within our Maintenance Department - a culture of excellence, consistency, and pride. We're looking for a Regional Maintenance Supervisor who sees this not just as a job, but as a leadership opportunity to make a lasting impact. In this role, you'll oversee maintenance operations across a dynamic group of properties, each with its own strengths and challenges. You won't just be managing teams - you'll be mentoring them, guiding them, and helping set the tone for what great maintenance looks like across the region. This position offers the chance to be part of a supportive, forward-moving team where your leadership will shape the daily experience of both staff and residents.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supervisory roles within property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
  • A natural leader with experience managing and supporting multiple teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general construction
  • Excellent communication skills and a calm, confident approach to problem-solving
  • A commitment to company culture, standards, and shared success - you're as focused on how work gets done as you are on getting it done
  • Comfortable traveling throughout the Valley and to occasional out-of-state properties
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Lead with Vision: Oversee multiple maintenance teams, providing clear direction, support, and consistency while adapting to the specific needs of each property.
  • Build Strong Teams: Work closely with Regional Managers and site leadership to ensure teams are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with our culture of excellence.
  • Drive Results: Create and implement maintenance plans that meet the unique demands of each property - from routine upkeep to high-urgency repairs - all while ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support and Solve: Tackle challenges with confidence and composure. You'll be the go-to person when complex issues arise and a trusted resource to your teams.
  • Partner with Vendors: Coordinate with third-party contractors and specialists when needed, ensuring high-quality work that meets our standards.
  • Stay Organized and Compliant: Maintain accurate records and ensure maintenance practices align with all applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Champion Culture: Collaborate with the Maintenance Training & Recruiting Manager to onboard new team members and reinforce company values, professionalism, and continuous improvement every step of the way.
