We are seeking a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader who thrives on developing people, strengthening property performance, and modeling the standards that set LUMA apart. This role directly supports our Property Managers while ensuring our communities operate with excellence, efficiency, and heart. Position Summary The Regional Supervisor is responsible for the recruiting, training, development, and supervision of Property Managers, while sharing responsibility for both the physical asset and financial performance of assigned communities. This role provides ongoing support, guidance, and leadership to build strong, effective property teams that consistently deliver the Playbook experience. You will assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures, support special projects and administrative functions, and serve as a culture carrier for LUMA Residential. Travel between assigned properties is required; reasonable use of a personal vehicle may be necessary. As a leader within LUMA Residential, you operate with professionalism, accountability, and the highest standards of customer service—upholding our values and representing the brand with pride.

Requirements

  • Strong and proven leadership skills
  • Some college required
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency across general computer operations
  • Ability to analyze and interpret rent rolls, receivables/payables, and monthly financial reports
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ property management experience, including at least two (2) years on-site
  • Must possess a personal vehicle with current insurance at all times
  • Must possess and maintain a valid, active driver’s license
  • Travel between properties required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Reasonable accommodation may be made to perform essential functions

Nice To Haves

  • Real Estate License or CPM designation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meeting pre-determined economic and physical occupancy goals
  • Achieving maximum cash flow for the owner
  • Meeting ownership goals while honoring the terms of each management agreement
  • Hiring, training, empowering, coaching, mentoring, and counseling Property Managers
  • Ensuring all teams operate according to LUMA Residential standards, policies, and Playbook principles
  • Ensuring compliance with all local ordinances, state, and federal laws
  • Leading by example and fostering a culture that reflects LUMA’s Edges—service, responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to excellence
