About The Position

Why this role exists With two studios open (Winter Park and Dr. Phillips) and a third location planned for the second half of 2026, we’re hiring a leader on the ground in Orlando to provide consistent oversight, raise performance standards, and drive revenue growth across the market. This role is designed to create stability across locations and build a clear path for continued expansion in the Orlando market. The Role The Regional Manager is a hands-on, in-market leader responsible for performance across multiple JETSET locations in Orlando. You will partner closely with Studio Managers to improve operational consistency, coach performance, and drive measurable results in membership growth, revenue, and retention. This role is measured by revenue growth, membership performance, and studio-level accountability. This is a field-based role with regular time spent in studios.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or a similar service-based environment
  • Multi-unit oversight experience preferred, or a high-performing General Manager ready to step into regional leadership
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage to measurable revenue targets
  • Strong operational skillset and comfort using studio systems and platforms
  • Based in Orlando, FL
  • The Regional Manager must understand the coaching environment and be capable of stepping in to support studio operations when necessary.
  • While this is not a primary weekly responsibility, credibility with both GMs and instructors is important.
  • In-studio presence is required and this role is active across all Orlando locations
  • Comfortable making decisions quickly and driving execution across multiple teams
  • Strong communication and consistent follow-through
  • Partner effectively with ownership and corporate while leading execution locally

Responsibilities

  • Own regional KPIs including memberships, revenue, conversion, retention, utilization, and payroll efficiency
  • Drive studio-level sales execution and ensure consistent processes across locations
  • Identify underperformance early and implement corrective action plans
  • Establish weekly performance rhythms with each GM including KPI review, targets, and follow-through
  • Lead initiatives that directly impact revenue growth across all Orlando locations
  • Ensure consistency in daily execution including cleanliness, hospitality, scheduling, staffing, and brand standards
  • Troubleshoot operational issues that impact the member experience
  • Lead structured studio audits and operational check-ins
  • Support ramp-up strategy and launch execution for new studio openings
  • Coach and develop GMs on decision-making, team management, sales leadership, and performance accountability
  • Provide ongoing structure, clarity, and measurable expectations
  • Step in when a studio needs interim leadership or additional support
  • Build a leadership pipeline and support internal promotion when possible
