About The Position

We’re more than a donut shop. We’re a chef-driven, craft-focused brand on a mission to create moments of connection through the highest quality donuts, coffee, and baked goods—all made in-house. As we continue to expand into new cities and launch new offerings (hello, all-day café), we’re looking for passionate leaders who bring operational excellence, team development, and hospitality to life every day. At The Salty, we believe in creating spaces where guests can pause, connect, and enjoy something made with care. That mission starts with our people—and as a Regional Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping that culture across multiple markets. This role ensures that we uphold The Salty’s standards of quality, consistency, and guest experience while driving performance across people, operations, and financial outcomes. As a hands-on leader, you’ll ensure teams are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with company goals. You’ll balance strategic leadership with an ability to roll up your sleeves, identifying and solving challenges while fostering a culture of accountability, hospitality, and growth.
