Come join us! Role Description Regional Directors are key leaders at Diana Health, serving in a general management capacity. Core to the role is leading the regional organization (5-7 practices) and owning the large regional P&L. Success requires exceptional leadership, a growth mindset, strong problem solving skills, a positive attitude, sound judgment, and a love for start-up speed and energy. Experience in physician relationship management, multi-site management and team/culture building preferred. In this role you will:

Experience in healthcare provider operations or managing independent physician groups is required.

Nice To Haves

While an advanced degree (MBA, MD, MHA, MPH etc.) is not required, it would be helpful
Experience in physician relationship management, multi-site management and team/culture building preferred.

Responsibilities

Be accountable for the performance of all practices in your region
Own the P&L of your assigned region, and the associated practice-level P&Ls
Regularly review financial, operational, and programmatic KPIs and patient and provider survey data
Ensure strong client + provider satisfaction
Embody and ensure the entire team embodies our Diana Health culture
Directly manage and work hand in hand with your region’s Practice Managers and their teams to ensure workflow optimization, operational excellence, delivery of the Diana Health difference in our client experience, and embodiment of our culture
Identify areas for improvement and engage local practice leadership + Regional Clinical Director to solve site specific performance issues and cross functional leadership to address systemic performance issues
Engage in the Diana Health service recovery process as assigned
Have a firm handle on the overall performance of the sites in your region and understand/be able to speak to the improvement story
Understand the impact of operational performance on hospital and participate in Quarterly Governance Meetings
Directly manage and work hand in hand with your region’s Community Outreach teams to ensure we hit new client growth targets and have deep and trusted relationships with key community partners
Partner with your region’s Clinical Director to ensure delivery against clinical outcome metrics
Directly accountable for physician relationship management and experience in managing hospital partnerships
Share best practices and collaborate with other Regional Directors
Support BD activities to drive growth of your region and the company as a whole
Serve as a player-coach, mentoring members of the broader team and supporting professional development of team members
Recruit + support development of site Practice Managers
Work in collaboration with the training and onboarding team to manage on-boarding + ongoing professional development of practice managers
Foster collaborative learning across Practice Management team
Serve as a player-coach, mentoring members of the broader team and supporting professional development of team members
Serve as a Diana Health culture setter - ensuring consistency across practices / teams
