About The Position

The Regional Director for the St. Louis and Jefferson County region to provide strategic leadership and programmatic oversight to the service Hubs in those areas. This role ensures consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance across all service lines. The Regional Director plays a critical role in aligning Hub level programs with the agency's mission, strategic goals, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in Human service field
• At least 5+ years of management or supervisory experience and successful work experience in a social service agency
• Working knowledge of administrative and program regulations related to Missouri State requirements, CARF and other accreditation standards in the developmental disability field

Responsibilities

• Provide executive level leadership and supervision to Hub Directors and their teams, ensuring consistent implementation of agency policies and service delivery standards
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, accrediting and agency regulations
• Oversee financial performance of Hubs, including budget adherence, resource allocation, and cost management
• Support and guide programmatic improvements, including data driven quality assurance activities and performance improvement plans as guided by analysis of key performance indicators
• System oversight for Hubs
• Ensure maximization of revenue through oversight of budgets and authorizations
• Primary liaison to community partners, funding sources, and other stakeholders
• Promote a positive organizational culture that reflects the agency's value of dignity, respect, and inclusion
