Regional Star - Service Specialist
About The Position
The Regional Star will support multiple law firm locations in the downtown St. Louis Area and other accounts in the Metro Area. IST Management Services is a national facilities management company specializing in providing solutions for the management of physical and digital information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services. IST is seeking friendly, service-oriented, customer-focused individuals with a passion for excellence. The company offers professional training, skill enhancement, and opportunities to advance toward full-time positions. This is a direct hire, full-time role performing office services work. Hours will range within Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. All locations worked will be in the St. Louis metro area. A business professional dress code and standards are required. Reliable transportation to locations and a valid driver's license are also required.
Requirements
- Must have access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to reach locations not on public transportation routes
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
Nice To Haves
- College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
Responsibilities
- Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Shipping & Receiving/Ordering supplies
- Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines as well as all safety procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned, but not limited to Reception Coverage backup
