About The Position
Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking a Regional Staffing Specialist who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties. The Regional Staffing Specialist proactively searches for qualified job applicants for current or planned open positions. Identifies and screens candidates and conducts initial interviews via phone or online. Seeks new business opportunities to place candidates from the company’s database. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Travel area GA, SC, NC, TN, VA. Compensation and Benefits: $42,000 Salary + Commissions Weekly pay periods every Friday Paid holidays AFTER 6 months of employment Paid Vacation and approved time off Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Career advancement opportunities Essential Functions: Interacts with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks Crafts and sends recruiting emails and SMS texts Coordinates with recruiters and hiring managers to determine position requirements Analyzes resumes accurately Identifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments. Requirements
- Proven work experience recruiting, staffing sales, or similar role (1 year or more)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Outstanding time-management abilities
- Ability to work individually or on teams as required
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates and clients
- High school diploma or equivalent
