Unity Lab Services provides integrated lab service, support, and supply management. Our customized offerings and experienced service teams flex to meet each customer’s unique laboratory needs. What will you do? Travel to multiple customer facilities across the Greater Boston region (70–80% travel) to support scheduled and unscheduled coverage needs. Manage inventory: stockrooms, POU areas, and product dispensing. Support order entry, order expediting, and customer service requests. Handle chemical management including receiving, registration, and tracking. Perform glass wash operations from cleaning through sterilization and inspection. Support dock, receiving, and shipping activities. Drive a culture of process improvement. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Customer service experience required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service while upholding Thermo Fisher values.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work safely and adapt to varied work environments.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in a laboratory environment preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards preferred.
- GxP experience and IATA/DOT certification are a plus.

- The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $20.00–$26.50.
- This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
