Job Summary: The Regional Site Director is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and growth of multiple locations within a designated region. This role ensures that each site meets organizational standards, achieves business objectives, and maintains high levels of customer and employee satisfaction. The Regional Site Director will develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and strategic direction for multiple sites within the region. Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement business strategies to drive regional growth and profitability. Monitor KPI and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ensure sites meet performance metrics, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals. Hire, train, and develop site managers and other key personnel. Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of excellence and accountability. Identify and address operational challenges, implement innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Business Development team to market regional sites and physicians for new opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between sites and corporate leadership. Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and provide support as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across locations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in life sciences Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in multi-site management, operations, or a related leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business units. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and drive performance improvements. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in clinical research industry. Familiarity with regional market dynamics. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Work Environment: This position requires frequent travel to various sites within the designated region. The role involves both office-based and on-site work, with occasional extended hours based on business needs. Must be local to LA, California to travel to 4-5 sites for operational oversight.
