About The Position

The Site Director provides leadership and operational oversight for the Hopkinsville LivWell CHS facility by ensuring the delivery of medical and support services. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising personnel, and ensuring programs operate in alignment with LivWell’s mission and values. The Site Director collaborates with organizational leadership, directors and managers, and community partners to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory and grant standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare project management, clinic operations, or facility development.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, bidding, accreditation, and permitting processes.
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and insurable to drive LivWell CHS’ vehicles

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in senior management role of a non-profit organization, healthcare facility, social service organization, or related field
  • Experience working in a non-profit organization

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the LivWell CHS Hopkinsville facility
  • Develop and manage site schedules, workflows, and program logistics
  • Work with CEO, CFO, and COO to ensure compliance and align organizational goals
  • Coordinate with Program Directors/Managers at the Paducah site to align with organizational needs
  • Coordinate with HR to meet staffing needs and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
  • Monitor program performance, outcomes, and quality improvement initiative for Hopkinsville facility
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Manage site budgets and expenditures in collaboration with organizational leadership
  • Monitor adherence to organizational policies, ethical standards, clinical operations, housing program guidelines, and confidentiality requirements
  • Oversee safety regulations and procedures in compliance with OSHA
  • Ensure that all client care, data entry, and documentation meet standards, grant requirements, and legal/ regulatory requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
