Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the human services field, with 4+ years in management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential physical functions as needed

Nice To Haves

• Background in IDD, HCBS, ICF, Senior Living, or Medicaid Waiver services preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and fiscal leadership for HCBS homes in your region
• Drive quality and safety initiatives to exceed state and national regulatory standards
• Oversee staffing strategies, retention, training, and performance development
• Develop and implement continuous improvement processes that prioritize person-centered support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with Medicaid Waivers, accreditation, and agency policies
• Respond to emergencies as part of on-call responsibilities
