The Regional Services Coordinator supports the successful operation, growth, and performance of UW Health’s regional adult and pediatric specialty services. This role collaborates closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and external partners to implement strategic initiatives, coordinate clinic operations, and maintain consistent standards across the regional model of care. This role will serve as a key point of contact for provider scheduling, operational workflows, data needs, and stakeholder communication while helping to identify improvement opportunities, enhance efficiency, and support the delivery of high‑quality care across regional locations. Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Shifts are Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This is a hybrid role, combining the flexibility of remote work with some travel to regional sites and on‑site meetings scheduled as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
