About The Position

The Regional Service Supervisor is a training role at AquaTech Pool Management, designed to prepare individuals for future growth within the company by shadowing Regional Directors of Operations. AquaTech provides full-service management for neighborhood, community, private association, and country club pools, servicing over 250 facilities in the Charlotte and surrounding areas, 12 in Greensboro, and 20+ in Raleigh. This position involves maintaining a region of around 40 pool facility clients, ensuring smooth operations through effective communication with the Regional Director of Operations. The role is seasonal, with responsibilities varying throughout the year, and includes an 8-10 month training period where candidates will assist in managing 5-8 accounts and shadow other Regional Directors to gain comprehensive operational understanding. Previous experience in this specific field is not required to apply.

Requirements

• Required to hold a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• One to three year(s) of supervisory or managerial experience is recommended
• One to three year(s) year of lifeguard or aquatics operations experience is recommended
• One to three year(s) year budget/profit & loss experience is recommended
• Current Certified Pool Operator certification is recommended

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operations and overall success at pools in the region of responsibility (about 40 facilities)
• Serve as primary contact for service technicians
• Complete in-depth training for pool service technicians
• Complete 30-day, 60-day, and end of season evaluations for service technicians
• Manage Product & Loss evaluations & decision making for region
• Oversee team of openers to prepare facilities for inspections & operations
• Oversee facilities’ needs regarding repair & renovation, including basic sales components, including completing annual facility assessments
